Health, Food & Biotechnology (HFB) is an Open Access, blind peer-reviewed international scholarly online journal published quarterly by the Moscow State University of Food Production, Russia. HFB provides a platform for the researchers, academicians, professionals, and practitioners to impart and share knowledge in the form of the advanced and latest research developments, empirical and theoretical research papers, case studies, papers and book reviews. The journal publishes theoretical, analytical and research articles in the fields of Health aspects of Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Science and Technology, Animal Reproduction and Assisted Technology, Food Biotechnology, Biochemical and Bioprocess Engineering, Crop Biotechnology, Animal Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology. The journal addresses academics, professionals, and readers interested in innovations in other areas of strong interest as microbial and fermentation-based metabolic processing to improve foods, biochemical processes for food waste remediation, gene expression, marine biotechnology, medical biotechnology, pharmaceutical biotechnology, parasitology, immunology. In addition, articles addressing the topics of clinical practices, approaches to improving food safety and quality are also published.

The aim of the journal is to bring together scholars, practitioners, and researchers working in the above important disciplines worldwide.
